Shipping policy
All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume. Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, please understand that Veseo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, carrier mis-handling, lost or stolen packages, etc.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time.
Within the United States, most shipments go out via United States Postal Service. Certain shipments with fragile or expedited items may be shipped via FedEx.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited orders must be received before 12pm CST to be processed on the same business day.
Cancelling an Order or Changing a Shipping Address
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders, edit the contents of orders, or change shipping addresses once orders have been processed.
