Refund policy
We want you to be in love with your purchase from Veseo. We do understand, however, that not everything purchased always works out. Please note that returns are not accepted for a refund. If you find that you need to return something, please read our return policy below.
Veseo will accept items for an exchange only, within 21 days of purchase, with following considerations:
- Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash or refunded to credit card used for purchase.
- All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered are not eligible for return/exchange. We recommend that you do not wear cosmetics, perfume or deodorant when trying on items as this may make these items non-returnable.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned for an exchange. Purchases made with a promotional discount code or gift card are eligible for exchange and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- For sanitary reasons, intimate garments containing a gusset (i.e. panties, teddies, swimwear) cannot be returned for an exchange once it has been worn.
- Hosiery, and special orders are considered Final Sale and not eligible return/exchange.
Differences in exchange prices will be put on a Veseo gift card for future purchases.
In-store purchases returned by mail must include the purchase receipt. If purchased with cash and returning with eligible receipt, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
The return parcel must be postmarked within 21 days of the original purchase with a copy of the receipt enclosed, the return merchandise authorization number emailed to you, and the item you wish to return. Shipping and Handling on returns or exchanges are nonrefundable and Veseo is not responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should include original product packaging.
